Jhicy Magallon

Jhicy pronounced GC is RAD’s new Client Care Coordinator. As a step son of an Air Force American dad it took him from the Philippines to Nebraska. As an military kid, the oldest of 6 siblings you learn to roll with the punches and adapt with your environment quickly. Having over 5 years of inbound customer service experience, 2 years in the states and working 3 years in the Philippines you learn to appreciate life more. A fun fact with Jhicy is he used to be a social foundation ballroom dance instructor, bronze level.
