Queenie is RAD's Client Care Coordinator with over five years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales, and asset recovery. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the claims process with professionalism, clear communication, and care.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching horror films, anime, and documentaries, collecting books, tutoring children for free, supporting local farmers, and exploring different cultures. She also loves singing—sometimes on key, sometimes not—but her enthusiasm never misses a note.
